Plans and limits

What Free, Solo, Growth, Enterprise, and Agency include: members, watched profiles, keywords, monthly and annual prices, and which screens need a paid plan.

Updated 4 min read

Embers has four paid plans and a Free tier. Solo, Growth, and Enterprise are self-serve. Agency is quoted by the Embers team. Every plan is one workspace: one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, one lead book. Agency is the exception, with one workspace per client. The tiers differ only in members, watched profiles, keywords, and support.

Annual is billed once a year. The per month figures above are the annual price divided across the year: Solo $468, Growth $948, Enterprise $1,908.

Agency has no self-serve price. It is priced per client workspace, with volume pricing by client count. Email viraj@useembers.com with your client count for a quote.

The plan ids behind the labels are starter for Solo, team for Growth, enterprise, and agency. Growth was previously labelled Team.

Signal sources versus members

  • Watched profiles are the public profiles whose posts and comments Embers reads. Any public profile counts: your own, a competitor, an influencer, an investor, a teammate, an advisor, or a client founder. Your own profile is optional. See Watched profiles.
  • Keywords are the search terms Embers scans for posts and comments.
  • Members are people who can sign in and work the same workspace. Solo is one person. Growth and Enterprise have unlimited members on one shared lead book. Members are never billed and never count toward a cap.

Watched profiles and keywords together are your signal sources, and the cap is per workspace. On Agency the cap applies inside each client workspace.

Integrations, webhooks, and CSV export

Free shows the lead list and the dashboard. Free does not run agents, route leads, or get the priority queue, lead detail, statuses, notes, lists, enrichment, or anything that leaves the app.

Plan checks resolve to the account owner’s plan. A member on a Growth or Enterprise workspace inherits that access without their own subscription.

Which plan

  • Solo is one operator: 5 watched profiles, 10 keywords, one login.
  • Growth is a sales team on one shared lead book: unlimited members, 10 watched profiles, 25 keywords, lead owners, priority support.
  • Enterprise is the same workspace with the most signal sources: 20 watched profiles, 50 keywords, priority support, and dedicated onboarding.
  • Agency is a separate workspace per client, each with Enterprise limits and client-level reporting. See Agency workspaces.

Move up a tier when you run out of watched profiles or keywords, or when a second person needs a login on Solo.

Choosing and changing

Plans are chosen at /choose-plan and managed under Settings, then Billing (/settings/billing). The Billing tab is visible to the account owner only. Solo, Growth, and Enterprise switch self-serve. Agency and Signal War Room are set up with the Embers team.

Solo, Growth, and Enterprise start with a 7 day trial, and a payment method is required at checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Free plan run agents?
No. Signal agents require Solo or above. Free keeps one watched profile, and shows the lead list and dashboard, so you can see what the product finds.
Do team members each need their own subscription?
No. Plan checks resolve to the account owner's plan. Members inherit that level. Members are never billed.
How many workspaces does my plan include?
One. Solo, Growth, and Enterprise are each one workspace with one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, and one lead book. Agency adds one workspace per client.
