> Name the workspace, set the onboarding preset and lead-owner rule, and find where watched profiles, members, and the company blocklist are managed.

Every self-serve plan is exactly one workspace: one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, and one lead book. The shared book of business (ICP, blocklist, lead statuses, notes, and lists) belongs to that workspace. Today you edit the blocklist under **Settings**, then **Account**. A dedicated Workspace settings screen is not shipped yet; the data is still workspace-scoped.

> **Warning: Administrators**
>
> Renaming the workspace, changing the owner rule, and inviting members need an admin or the billing owner.

## What lives here

| Control | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Workspace name | The label in the switcher, invitations, Slack cards, and webhook `workspace.name` |
| Setup preset | Just me, My sales team, or Client accounts. Changes copy and routing, not the plan id |
| Lead owner rule | **First touch** assigns the first contacting action. **Manual** requires an explicit claim |
| Watched profiles | Managed on the Watchlist (`/watchlist`), including your own profile. See [Watched profiles](/help/account-and-billing/linkedin-accounts-and-seats/) |
| Members and invitations | Growth and above. Same roles as [Team and roles](/help/reports-and-workspaces/team-and-roles/) |
| Company blocklist | Applies to the whole workspace. Edit it under Settings, then Account |

Slack, HubSpot, and signed webhooks install once per workspace from **Settings**, then **Integrations**. They are Solo and above and administrator only.

## What stays on Settings, then Account

- Scoring window and dashboard default days
- The company blocklist
- Deleting the workspace

Billing stays on **Settings**, then **Billing**, owner only.

## First-touch versus manual

On Growth and above, pick the owner rule before two people start working the same queue.

- **First touch** is the default. Contacted, replied, or call booked assigns the acting member when the lead is unowned.
- **Manual** leaves the lead unowned until someone claims it.

See [Lead owners](/help/leads/lead-owners-and-assignment/).

## Agency workspaces

On the Agency plan, this screen also points at **Settings**, then **Clients** for create, attach, detach, branding, the weekly report, and the client feed. Each client is its own workspace with its own watched profiles, keywords, and lead book. See [Agency workspaces](/help/reports-and-workspaces/agency-workspaces-and-client-feeds/).

## Frequently asked questions

**How is this different from Settings, then Account?**

The workspace owns the ICP, blocklist, lead statuses, notes, lists, and watched profiles. Settings, then Account is where you edit the blocklist and scoring window today, and where you delete the workspace.

**Who can edit workspace settings?**

The owner and admins. Members can work leads but cannot rename the workspace, change the owner rule, or invite people.
