Webhook events

Every event is a JSON POST with the same envelope around an event-specific data object. The payload reference lists every field.

Send lead events to your own endpoint Create a signed HTTPS webhook endpoint in Embers, choose its events, save the signing secret, send a sample, and read the 30-day delivery log. MCP tools

12 tools in three groups. Reads change nothing, writes touch one lead, and the rest ask you first. Connect an assistant covers setup and limits.

Read Look up the workspace, the queue, a lead, or the ICP, or preview an ICP edit. Nothing changes.

  • list_accounts List your workspaces, so it knows which one you mean.
  • today_queue The ranked list of leads that need action, with the reason each one surfaced.
  • search_leads The same filters as the leads page.
  • get_lead Profile, score breakdown, recent engagement, notes, and status.
  • get_icp The criteria every lead is scored against.
  • preview_icp_update Which current leads an ICP edit would drop or add. Saves nothing.

Write Save a draft, a status, or your verdict on one lead.

  • write_opener Saved as that lead's draft, for you to send yourself.
  • update_lead_status Contacted, replied, follow-up date, outcome, or snooze. The same update twice saves the note once.
  • icp_feedback Your verdict on whether one lead fits, or withdraw one recorded by mistake.

Asks These reach past the lead in front of you. The assistant tells you what would happen and waits for you to agree.

  • update_icp Shows what would be added and removed, and how many leads will be re-scored. Applies a preview as shown. Undo it from the ICP screen.
  • push_leads Same limits as Send to. Only a destination an administrator already connected.
  • block_company Hides everyone at that company. You can undo it from the company blocklist.
