Choose your workspace mode and plan

Every Embers workspace is set up for one of three ways of working: Just me, My sales team, or Client accounts. The mode tunes the wording across the app. The plan is what sets your limits, and it is chosen separately. This page covers both, so you can pick the pair that matches how you sell.

Set the workspace mode

A new workspace starts on Just me. The setup you see after signing up (website, ICP, monitors) does not ask; the older setup view, available until October 31, 2026, asks it as its first question.

1. Open Settings, then Account

   Go to Settings, then Account (/settings/account) and find the Workspace card.

2. Pick a mode

   Choose Just me, My sales team, or Client accounts. The change saves at once: the top bar shows Saving, then Saved, and the line at the top of the page follows, such as “Set up for your sales team”.

Only the workspace owner or an admin can change the mode; members see the card read-only. Client accounts stays disabled until the Agency plan is on the account.

What the mode changes

• Wording. The Reports title, empty states, and upgrade prompts speak to the mode. On Client accounts, for example, Reports is titled “Client workspace reports”, and an empty leads list talks about your client’s LinkedIn content rather than yours.
• Nothing else. It does not change the plan, the limits, who can invite, or what each role can do. It does not add watched profiles; you still paste each public profile URL, as in add profiles to watch.

Which plan fits each mode

Every self-serve plan is one workspace: one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, one lead book. The tiers differ in members, watched profiles, keywords, and support. Your free trial runs on Solo limits.

Just me

For the founder or seller who works one ranked queue alone. Solo is $49 per month, or $39 per month billed annually. You can add your own profile with the Own role, or skip it and watch competitors and influencers only. When a second person needs a login, move to Growth: Solo cannot invite anyone.

My sales team

For several people working the same buyers. Growth is $99 per month, or $79 per month billed annually, with unlimited members and priority support. Enterprise is $199 per month, or $159 per month billed annually, with 20 watched profiles, 50 keywords, and dedicated onboarding. Members are never billed. The workspace owns the ICP, blocklist, statuses, notes, and lists, so everyone works one shared book. Invite your team from Settings, then Team.

Client accounts

For agencies that run LinkedIn for several brands. Agency gives each client its own workspace, with its own ICP, watched profiles, keywords, queue, and client-level report. It is priced per client workspace, with volume pricing by client count, and there is no self-serve checkout. Email viraj@useembers.com with your client count for a quote.
