Your workspace
Workspace. The shared book of business: one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, and one list of leads. Every self-serve plan is one workspace, set up in a mode (Just me, My sales team, or Client accounts) that tunes the app’s wording. See choose your workspace mode and plan.
Owner, admin, and member. The three roles in a workspace. Members work leads, admins also manage the team and destinations, and the owner also holds billing. See team and roles.
Client workspace and client feed. On Agency, each client gets its own workspace. A client feed is a public page of one client’s top leads, with no email or phone. See the Agency plan.
Report. A shareable summary of a workspace’s warm leads, engagement, and top posts. See client reports.
What Embers watches
Watched profile. A public LinkedIn profile or company page on your watchlist, read by its public URL. Your own profile counts toward the same cap. See watched profiles.
Own and watch roles. Own, shown as Myself, marks a profile you post from: its engagers become leads and the profile itself never does. The watch roles (Competitor, Influencer, Investor, Teammate, Advisor, Client founder, Other) label someone else’s audience. See the watchlist.
Monitor. Anything the Watchlist tracks: a LinkedIn profile, a company page, a keyword, or a single LinkedIn post. See add the profiles, pages, and keywords to watch.
Keyword. A phrase Embers searches public posts for; the people posting it become leads. See keyword tracking.
Agent. The worker that scans one kind of source every 24 hours: post engagement, comment engagement, watchlist, or keyword tracking. See choose your signal agents.
Scan. One run of an agent. Scan history shows what each run found. See pausing agents and scan history.
Lookback. How far back the first scan of a new source reads: 365 days by default. Later scans read only what is new. See how far back the first scan reads.
People and leads
Engager. Anyone Embers found reacting to, commenting on, or reposting something you watch, or posting about a keyword you track. Every engager counts toward the free trial, match or not. See the free trial.
Signal. The public action that connects a person to you, such as a comment on your post or a reaction on a competitor’s. Each lead shows its strongest signals in plain words. See post engagement.
Lead. An engager Embers has scored for your workspace, listed on the Leads page, each with a full page. See the leads list.
ICP (ideal customer profile). The structured description of your buyer that every engager is judged against. See define your ICP.
ICP match and ICP fit. The match is the yes or no verdict, and a qualified lead is an engager who matched. The fit is a percentage with a tier: Strong from 80, Good from 60, Partial from 40, then Weak. See correct an ICP match.
Score. A number from 0 to 100 that ranks leads: engagement multiplied by ICP fit, confidence, and a boost when colleagues engage too. Each lead also has a trend: rising, stable, or cooling. See how scoring works.
Priority Queue and its bands. Who to deal with next, ordered by due follow-ups, replies, and fresh strong signals. Each card is labelled Urgent, High priority, or Review. See the Priority Queue.
Company blocklist. Companies whose people never appear as leads, anywhere. Your own company is added when you add your own profile. See block a company.
Verified contact. A lead’s work email and phone, found on request. Contact details unlock with the first paid month. See reveal a lead’s email and phone.
DM draft. An opening message Embers writes from what the lead engaged with, for you to edit and send yourself. See DM drafts.
Sending leads out
Destination. Anywhere Embers delivers qualified leads: Slack, HubSpot, HeyReach, Instantly, Smartlead, Emelia, a signed webhook, or a CSV. See choose where Embers sends your leads.
Delivery rule. A filter on one destination: a minimum score, ICP matches only, the sources to include, and titles or industries to exclude. See delivery rules.
Configuration. On HeyReach, Instantly, Smartlead, and Emelia, one routing rule: which agents feed it, the campaign or list it fills, and who gets delivered. See HeyReach.
Webhook. Your own HTTPS endpoint, receiving signed lead and report events with retries. See send lead events to your own endpoint.
Connected app. An AI assistant connected over MCP to read and work your leads. See connect an AI assistant.
Plans and setup
Preview. The one-off first scan during setup that builds your first ranked queue. See the quickstart.
Plan. Free, Solo, Growth, Enterprise, or Agency. The plan sets the members, watched profiles, and keywords a workspace can have. See plans and limits.
