Work a lead from its full page
The full lead page holds the score, the ICP verdict, every engagement, notes, follow-up dates, contact details, and a DM draft for one person.
Every lead has a full page at /leads/<id>: the whole record for one person, and the only place you can write notes and set follow-up dates. Everything on it is shared with the rest of the workspace.
Open a lead’s full page
-
From the lead sheet
Click a lead in the leads list to open its side sheet, then choose Full details at the bottom or the Open full page icon at the top. The dashboard’s Review opportunity and the Priority Queue’s Review lead open the same sheet, and so do the links in Embers emails, Slack cards, and HubSpot.
-
From search
Open the command palette with Cmd or Ctrl and K, type a name, and pick the lead.
-
Move to the next lead
When you arrived from the leads list, the header shows “3 of 120” with previous and next buttons. Alt with the left or right arrow does the same. Back to leads returns you to the list.
What the page shows
The header carries the person, their LinkedIn link, pills for company, location, industry, and followers, and a Sent to pill for each outreach tool the lead was pushed to. Found emails and phone numbers appear as pills you click to copy. Below it, in order:
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Lead Score | The score out of 100, engagement count, trend, and engagement rate |
| ICP Match | The fit percentage, the verdict and its reason, the top signals, and colleagues who also engage |
| Outreach | The DM draft, written in your outreach voice, plus the status date, follow-up, and outcome note once you have made contact |
| Source | The post, comment, keyword, or watched profile that first surfaced the person |
| Watched-profile engagements | How they engaged with each watched profile, with matched buying signals |
| Engagement Timeline | A chart of activity, then each engagement with a link to the post or comment |
| Notes | The team’s notes, newest first |
| Profile | Enrichment, contact details, work history, education, skills, and more |
How scoring works explains the score and trend, and read and correct an ICP match explains the verdict and how to tag it with Tag ICP fit.
Act on the lead
The header holds the actions:
- Status: Pending, Contacted, Replied, Call Booked, or Not Interested. A dismissed lead shows Reactivate instead. The dismiss icon appears while the lead is Pending.
- Add Note jumps to the notes box.
- Reveal Contact looks up a work email and phone. See reveal a lead’s email and phone.
- Send to pushes the lead to a connected destination. See Send a lead to a destination.
- Block followed by the company name, under the person’s role, blocks the company and dismisses the lead in one click, with no confirmation.
Set a follow-up and write notes
-
Mark the lead contacted
Choose Contacted or Replied in the status menu. The Outreach card appears next to the DM draft.
-
Pick a follow-up date
Under Follow up on…, choose a date. Past dates are not offered. On that day the lead enters the Priority Queue as due today, and the day after it is overdue and marked urgent.
-
Add a note
Type in the notes box and press Enter; Shift and Enter adds a line. A note can run to 5,000 characters. The author or an account administrator can edit or delete it later.
The Note box inside the Outreach card is shorter, 280 characters, and records the outcome of the conversation. It is also added to the notes list.
What the page does not have
- Lists. Add a lead to a list from the leads list: select the row, then Add to list.
- Outcomes. Record a reply, meeting, opportunity, or customer from the Priority Queue.
- A history of status changes. The Outreach card shows only the current status and when it was set.
Troubleshooting
- “Lead not found”. The workspace is on Free, or the trial ended unpaid. The page needs Solo or above. If the plan is paid, the lead may have been removed or its company blocked.
- No previous and next buttons. They only appear when you opened the page from the leads list in the same session.
- No follow-up picker. The status is Pending, Call Booked, or Not Interested. Set it to Contacted or Replied.
- Contact details say they unlock on a paid plan. Emails and phone numbers are not part of the free trial. They unlock with your first paid month.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the difference between the lead sheet and the full page?
- The sheet that slides in over the leads list is a summary for deciding quickly. The full page adds notes, follow-up dates, the engagement timeline, the enriched profile, Send to, and blocking the company.
- Can I set a follow-up date on a lead I have not contacted yet?
- No. The follow-up picker appears once the status is Contacted or Replied. Change the status first.
- Who can see my notes?
- Every member of the workspace. Notes belong to the lead in the workspace, not to you, and only the author or an account administrator can edit or delete one.
