The leads list
Tabs, filters, statuses, follow-ups, notes, lists, bulk actions, and the keyboard shortcuts that move you through the leads screen without a mouse.
The leads screen (/leads) is the people who engaged with any profile or keyword the workspace watches. Lists, statuses, and notes are shared across the whole workspace, so marking someone contacted stays contacted for every member. The Priority Queue tells you who to deal with today; this list is where you go looking.
Tabs
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Leads | Everything scored for the account, ordered by score |
| Hot Leads | ICP matches with a score of 60 or more |
| Going Cold | Leads whose trend turned to cooling |
| ICP Watching | Right-fit people who have not warmed up yet |
| Contacted | Leads you have already reached out to |
ICP Watching is a derived view, not a saved list. It holds leads with an ICP match at 0.7 confidence or better, a score below 40, at least two engagements, and either two distinct posts engaged or one comment. When you have just saved a new ICP, the tab reports its own state: rescoring, scanning, or ready.
Filtering by an agent other than post engagement leaves only the Leads and Contacted tabs, because the other three depend on post data.
Filters and sorting
On Growth and above the table includes an Owner column. Filter by me, unassigned, others, or any. See Lead owners.
Search matches a name, company, or title. Alongside it sit filters for score, engagements, last activity, company, position, and source, plus a list filter. Sources are Posts, Comments, Watchlist, and Keyword, and you can pick more than one. Every applied filter appears as a chip you can remove.
Sorting is Highest or Lowest score and Most or Least active on the score-ranked tabs, and Most or Least recent on Contacted. Not every filter applies to every tab: switching tabs drops the filters the new tab does not support and keeps the ones it does.
Statuses
| Status | Label in the app | What it means |
|---|---|---|
active | Pending | The default. Nobody has worked the lead yet |
contacted | Contacted | You sent a message |
replied | Replied | They answered |
call_booked | Call Booked | A meeting exists |
not_interested | Not Interested | They said no |
dismissed | Dismissed | You removed the lead from your queues |
Each transition stores its own timestamp, so reports can measure how long each stage takes.
Follow-ups, notes, and lists
Open a lead to get the detail panel. Set a follow-up date there and the lead returns to the Priority Queue on that day, flagged as overdue if you miss it. Notes are free text, listed newest first, editable and deletable by their author or an account administrator, and are a Solo feature. Lists are your own named segments, for example “To contact this week”. A lead can sit in several lists, “All Leads” is a built-in view rather than a stored list, and list names are unique per workspace.
Bulk actions
Select rows with the checkboxes. When you have a full page selected, Embers offers to select every lead matching the current tab and filters, capped at 5000. With a selection active you can:
- Add to list, either an existing list or one you create in the dialog.
- Block company, which names every company in the selection in the confirm dialog before anything happens.
- Export CSV, which is Solo and above.
Keyboard shortcuts
? opens the full shortcut list at any time.
| Keys | Action |
|---|---|
| / | Focus the search box |
| j and k | Move to the next or previous lead and open it |
| Enter | Open the first lead |
| c | Mark the open lead contacted |
| d | Dismiss the open lead |
| r | Reactivate the open lead |
| Cmd or Ctrl with E | Export |
| Cmd or Ctrl with K | Open the command palette |
| g then l | Go to Leads |
The single-letter actions only fire while a lead panel is open, and none of them fire while your cursor is in a text field, so typing a note never dismisses anybody.

Frequently asked questions
- Why does the Pending status say active in exports?
- Pending is the display label for the default status. The API and the CSV call the same state active.
- Can I select more leads than one page?
- Yes. Select the page, then choose select all matching. The selection follows the current tab and filters and is capped at 5000 leads.
