> The Agency plan gives you one workspace per client. Keep their leads separate, switch between them, report per client, and share a branded public lead feed.

If you run LinkedIn for several clients, each of them should have their own workspace: its own watched profiles, ICP, agents, leads, owners, and reports. That is the **Agency** plan. Solo, Growth, and Enterprise are each one workspace; Agency is one workspace per client.

> **Warning: Agency plan, administrators only**
>
> Client workspaces, the switcher, and the roll-up need the Agency plan, and only an account administrator can create clients, attach, or detach. Agency is set up with the Embers team: email viraj@useembers.com with your client count. There is no self-serve checkout.

## What each client workspace includes

A client is a normal Embers workspace. Each one carries:

- **20 watched profiles** and **50 keywords**, the same caps as Enterprise, counted inside that client workspace.
- **Unlimited members.** Members are never billed. Agency staff inherit access to every client workspace they belong to. Staff of client A never reach client B.
- Its own ICP, lead book, owners, integrations, and [client-level report](/help/reports-and-workspaces/client-reports/).
- Priority support across the portfolio.

Pricing is per client workspace, with volume pricing by client count. Adding a client is a conversation with the Embers team, not a checkout.

## Set up the portfolio

### Confirm the plan with the Embers team

Email viraj@useembers.com with how many clients you run. Once Agency is on the account, your existing workspace becomes the parent and the client controls appear.

### Add clients

Go to **Settings**, then **Clients** (`/settings/clients`), or use **Switch client** to open the switcher and add a client by name. The new workspace starts its own onboarding: audience, business, ICP, then the profiles to watch for that brand.

### Attach a workspace you already own

If you already had standalone workspaces, the **Attach an existing workspace** card lists them. **Attach as client** nests one under the agency without moving any data.

**Detach** turns a client back into a standalone workspace. An agency parent that still has active clients cannot be deleted until they are detached or removed.

## What stays separate

Each client is a workspace, not a filtered view. Watched profiles, leads, ICPs, settings, agents, owners, and reports do not mix. Access is decided by membership on that specific client workspace:

- Being an admin of the agency parent does not by itself let you read a client's leads. You need membership on the client.
- Agency members are not added to new clients automatically. The agency billing owner and the admin who created or attached the client do get admin membership on it.
- A member of client A cannot read client B's settings, leads, or feed, and one client's public feed token cannot list another client's leads.

## Switching and the roll-up

The **Clients** page (`/agency`) is the agency view. It shows totals across the portfolio, then a row per client with its lead count, hot lead count, and whether its weekly report and feed are on. **Open workspace** switches you into that client.

The client switcher does the same thing from anywhere in the app, and searches by name once you have more than a couple.

Agency admins also get a **Cross-client activity** log: recent switches, attaches, detaches, branding changes, delivery changes, and feed token rotations. It is admin only.

## Branding and the client feed

These live on **Settings**, then **Account**, inside the workspace you are configuring.

- **Workspace branding.** Set a brand name, a logo URL, and an accent colour. Clients inherit the agency's branding when their own is empty.
- **Branded client feed.** Turn the feed on to publish a public page at `/c/<token>`. It lists that workspace's top 25 leads by score. No email, no phone. **Rotate link** issues a new token and breaks the old one immediately.
- **Weekly report schedule.** Pick a weekday and turn it on. Embers generates one client report per week for that workspace covering the last seven days.

## Troubleshooting

- **The Clients screen is missing.** The account is not on Agency, or you are not an admin or owner of the workspace. Email viraj@useembers.com to move to Agency.
- **A workspace does not appear in the attach list.** It has to be a standalone workspace you already own.
- **A client's feed link stopped working.** Someone rotated the token or turned the feed off.
- **A client is at its cap.** Each client workspace has its own 20 profile and 50 keyword limit. Trim that client's Watchlist or Keywords; another client's headroom does not carry over.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is Agency a separate plan?**
