Share a branded lead feed with a client
Give an agency client a public page of their workspace's top 25 leads, under your brand name, logo, and colour, and revoke the link when you need to.
The shared lead page is a public link to one client workspace’s top leads, under your brand name, logo, and colour. Your client opens it without an Embers login and sees leads only, never your settings, other clients, or billing.
Set your branding
-
Open the client workspace
Switch into the client with Switch client, then go to Settings, then Clients (
/settings/clients), or Settings, then Account (/settings/account). Both show the same cards for the workspace you are in. -
Fill in Client-facing branding
Enter a Brand name, a Logo URL, and an accent colour as a six digit hex value such as
#2D5BFF. The logo is loaded from that URL, so it has to be a publicly reachable image. -
Choose Save branding
The branding applies at once. To brand every client the same way, set it once on the agency parent: a client with all three fields empty uses the agency’s branding. As soon as a client sets any field of its own, it uses its own values only.
Share the lead page
-
Choose Start sharing
On the Shared lead page card, choose Start sharing. Embers creates a link at
/c/<token>on the app. -
Copy the link and send it
Choose Copy link and send it to your client. Anyone holding the link can open the page, so send it only to the people who should see the leads.
What your client sees
- Your brand. The logo in the header, or the Embers logo when there is none, the brand name, and a thin accent bar in your colour. The page title is the client workspace’s name.
- Up to 25 leads. The workspace’s highest-scoring leads, ranked by lead score. Each shows the photo, name, title, company, headline, score, an ICP match badge, up to three top signals, and a link to the LinkedIn profile.
- Live data. The page is built each time it opens, so a new hot lead appears on the next visit. There is nothing to regenerate.
- No contact details. Email and phone are never on the page, even when you have revealed them inside Embers.
For a frozen summary of a period with charts and pipeline outcomes, send a client report instead, or schedule one every week.
Replace or stop the link
- Replace link issues a new link and the old one stops working immediately. Use it when a link reached someone it should not have.
- Stop sharing turns the page off. While it is off, the link shows Feed unavailable. Start sharing turns the same link back on, so replace it if you want the old one gone for good.
Every branding change, link replacement, and sharing change is recorded in the agency’s Cross-client activity log.
Troubleshooting
- The branding and lead page cards are missing. The workspace is not part of an agency portfolio. Set up the portfolio at Settings, then Clients first.
- “Use a #RRGGBB hex color.” The accent colour is not a six digit hex value with a leading
#. - The logo does not show. The URL is not a publicly reachable image. Host the file somewhere public and paste the direct image URL.
- Your client sees “Feed unavailable”. Sharing is off, or the link was replaced. Turn sharing on or send the new link.
- “No leads in this feed yet”. The client workspace has no scored leads yet. Check its agents and scan history.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the lead page include email addresses or phone numbers?
- No, whatever the plan. It shows name, headline, title, company, photo, LinkedIn link, score, ICP match, and top signals.
- Is the page a snapshot like a report?
- No. It is built when someone opens it, so it always lists the client's current top leads.
- Does my branding appear on client reports and PDFs?
- No. Branding shows on the shared lead page, and the brand name titles the weekly report. Reports themselves show the client's own profile, and PDFs carry Embers marks.
