See which comments bring buyers back
The Comments page ranks the comments you leave on other people's posts by the engagement and ICP-matched leads they pull back, with a page per comment.
The Comments page (/comments) shows which of your comments on other people’s posts pull qualified buyers back to you, and under whose posts your comments work best. Each comment has its own page listing everyone who replied or reacted.
Before you start
The page reads what the comment engagement agent collects, so it needs your own profile on the Watchlist. Without the agent, the page shows Add comment tracker, which opens Agents (/agents). With it, the header button is View comment leads, the leads list filtered to people found through your comments.
Read the page
The tiles count every comment, all time:
- Comments tracked: how many of your comments Embers has read.
- Leads from comments: distinct ICP-matched people who engaged with them.
- Engagements: replies and reactions, with the average per comment.
- Best conversation: the author under whose posts your comments won the most ICP engagement.
Comment performance lists your comments. Each row shows the photo of the post’s author, the first line of your comment, “On Matt Gray’s post” and its age, the engagements, the leads, and the share of engagers who match your ICP, for example “82% ICP” (green from 60%). A comment nobody has engaged with reads “No engagement yet”.

A comment’s own page
Each comment opens at /comments/<id>, with All comments to go back. The top shows the post you commented on, with View post, and your comment quoted beneath it. Then come its numbers: Engagements, Leads, ICP rate, Replies, and Reactions, with a breakdown by reaction type.
Leads lists everyone who engaged, 25 at a time:
- Type narrows to replies or one reaction: Like, Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful, Interest, Appreciate, or Funny.
- Intent narrows replies by what they said: Purchase intent, Pain aligned, Advocacy, Question, or Casual.
- Show all engagers switches between everyone and ICP matches only.
Each row shows the person, their ICP match, how many times they engaged, their headline, and the engagement type. A reply shows its intent and the reply text. Selecting a row opens the lead’s full page, where you can draft a message that picks up the conversation.
Troubleshooting
- “No comments yet”. The comment agent has not read your comments yet. The first scan can take a few minutes; see pause an agent and read its scan history to check its last run.
- “Track the comments you leave”. There is no comment agent. Add your own profile on the Watchlist, which creates it.
- A comment has engagement but no leads. Nobody who engaged cleared your ICP. Open the comment and choose Show all engagers to see who did engage.
- “Comment not found”. Embers cannot find that comment in the workspace you have open. Check the workspace in the sidebar, or choose Back to comments.
