See which posts produce leads

The Posts page ranks every post Embers reads, from your profile, your watchlist, your keywords, and qualified posts, by the ICP-matched leads each one produced.

Updated 3 min read

The Posts page (/posts) answers one question: which posts bring you buyers, not just engagement. It lists every post Embers reads for your workspace and ranks them by the ICP-matched leads each one produced.

What the page lists

Posts arrive from four sources, each with its own tab:

TabWhat it holds
Your postsPosts from your own profiles, read by the post engagement agent
WatchlistPosts from the profiles and pages on your Watchlist
KeywordsPosts that matched a tracked keyword; the author is the lead
QualifiedPosts you qualified by hand

All sources shows them together. Free shows Your posts only, and only the first three; every other source needs Solo or above, and the trial counts.

The tiles at the top always count every post, whatever tab you are on:

  • Qualified posts: posts that produced at least one lead, with how many were added this month.
  • Leads from posts: all-time ICP-matched leads across every post.
  • Average ICP match: the mean ICP score of the matched people who engaged.
  • Best source: the author whose posts produced the most leads.

Find a post

  1. Pick a source

Choose a tab. Each shows its count.

  2. Search or narrow the period

Search posts matches the post text or the author’s name. Switch the period from All time to 30 days for recent posts only.

  3. Read the ranking

Post performance ranks posts by leads, newest first on ties. Each row shows the author, the post’s first line, its source and age, the engagement count, the leads, and the share of engagers who match your ICP, for example “82% ICP” (green from 60%). “Not read yet” means Embers has not read the post’s engagers. Show more loads 20 more, up to 200.

The row menu has View leads, which opens the leads list filtered to that source type (not only that post), and Open on LinkedIn.

Open a post

Selecting a row opens a panel that depends on the source:

  • Your post opens Post Details: the text, its topic, its engagement and ICP rate, a breakdown by reaction type, and Leads, the people who engaged. The list starts on ICP matches; Show all engagers shows everyone, and a type filter narrows to one reaction.
  • A watched profile’s post opens the same kind of panel with its engagers.
  • A keyword match opens Keyword match: the author, the engagement and lead counts, View leads, Open on LinkedIn, and Why it matched, which opens the Keywords page with the match reason.
  • A qualified post opens its result on Qualify Post (/qualify-post).

Selecting a person in any engager list opens their lead, so you can act on them without leaving the page, including drafting a message from what they engaged with. See work a lead from its full page.

Troubleshooting

  • “No posts yet”. Your agents have not read anything yet. The first scan can take a while; see what the first scan reads. Monitor post opens the Watchlist so you can add a source.
  • “No posts match”. The tab, period, or search filtered everything out. Try another source, period, or word.
  • A post has engagement but 0 leads. Nobody who engaged cleared your ICP. Open the post and choose Show all engagers to see who did engage, and check ICP matching if buyers are missing.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a post with hundreds of reactions show few leads?
Leads counts only the engagers who match your ICP. A post that travelled outside your niche can draw a big audience and few buyers.
Why do I only see three posts?
Free shows your own posts only, and the first three of them. Solo and above, including the trial, show every post from every source.
Can I sort the list by date?
No. The list is always ranked by leads, newest first on ties. Use the 30 days period to see recent posts only.
