Yes! Every plan comes with a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. You only pay when you decide Embers is right for you.
If you don't subscribe, your account stays active in read-only mode. You can still view your leads, but new tracking and enrichment pauses. No data is deleted. Pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. For example, the Team plan is $79/mo billed annually ($948/year) instead of $99/mo billed monthly.
Starter is for individual users. You get 1 LinkedIn account and all core features. Team includes 3 LinkedIn accounts and CRM sync, so your whole sales team can collaborate on leads.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do sneaky retention flows.
If you're unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, reach out to support@useembers.com and we'll issue a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't available for partial periods.
