# Embers Pricing

Last reviewed: 2026-10-25

Embers turns public LinkedIn buyer signals into a prioritized queue for manual follow-up.

## How plans are priced

- A plan is set by three things only: how many public profiles you watch, how many keywords you track, and whether more than one person signs in (Solo is one member)
- No credits: leads found, contact lookups, and DM drafts are not metered on any plan. There is no monthly allowance to run out of and nothing to top up. Drafts have an hourly guard of 60 per person
- The one per-cycle count is Qualify Post submissions: 20 per billing cycle on every paid plan
- Plan estimator: https://useembers.com/pricing/#estimate

## Solo, Growth, and Enterprise Trial Terms

- Trial length: your first 2,000 engagers free (the first 2,000 public profiles fetched, ICP match or not), or 7 days, whichever comes first
- Payment method required: No. The trial starts at signup with no card.
- Trial access: Full access to Solo, Growth, or Enterprise, except contact details (email and phone), which unlock with the first paid month
- When the trial ends: agents stop and Embers asks you to choose a plan. Leads, ICP, and settings are kept; the agents resume once a plan is paid
- Cancellation: nothing is charged until you choose a plan, so there is nothing to cancel during the trial
- Skipping the trial: choosing a plan during the trial charges you that day, ends the trial, lifts the engager cap, and unlocks contact details
- First paid charge refund: Available on request within 14 days

## Included product capabilities

- Signal monitoring agents: Track posts, comments, keywords, and any public profile you watch: your own, competitors, influencers, investors, or teammates. Each watched profile shows its followers, posts per week, and engagement rate beside the ICP engagers it brings.
- ICP scoring and signal context: See why each person surfaced and who fits best.
- Drafts, notes, and follow-ups: Keep outreach reviewed, personalized, and manually controlled.
- Reports and sharing: Review signal performance, compare your watched profiles side by side, and share useful pipeline context.
- Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Sheets, HeyReach, Instantly, Smartlead, and Emelia delivery: Route qualified leads to a channel, a CRM, a Notion database, a Google Sheets spreadsheet, a HeyReach campaign, an Instantly or Smartlead campaign, or an Emelia campaign, filtered by per-destination rules. Embers pushes leads; the connected tool does the sending. Embers never sends on LinkedIn or emails a lead.
- Signed lead webhooks: Connect lead, status, and report-ready events to downstream systems on Solo and above, with stored lead.contact when a lead is already enriched.

## Routing

- Slack lead cards: Solo and above (Integrations page; one Slack workspace, one channel)
- Native HubSpot destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; private-app token, optional OAuth)
- Native Notion destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; one Notion workspace and one database per account, connected with Notion OAuth). Embers writes a row per lead into the properties you map, and never changes the database's own properties
- Native Google Sheets destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; one Google account and one spreadsheet tab per account, connected with Google OAuth and access to only the spreadsheets Embers creates). Embers creates a spreadsheet with its columns ready; one row per lead, updated in place, never deleting a row or touching a column you add
- Native HeyReach destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; one HeyReach workspace per account, connected with a HeyReach API key). Configurations route each agent's leads into its own campaign or lead list, automatically when switched on or by hand with Send to. Embers never sends connection requests, messages, comments, or reactions on LinkedIn; HeyReach does. Embers pushes leads; the connected tool does the sending
- Native Instantly destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; one Instantly workspace per account, connected with a scoped Instantly API key). Configurations route each agent's leads into its own campaign or lead list, automatically when switched on or by hand with Send to, with the signal as {{personalization}}. On paid plans a missing email is looked up first; a lead with no email found is skipped. Embers never emails a lead; Instantly does
- Native Smartlead destination: Solo and above (Integrations page, Smartlead; one Smartlead account per Embers workspace, connected with a Smartlead API key, and it can run beside Instantly). Configurations route each agent's leads into its own Smartlead campaign, automatically when switched on or by hand with Send to, with the signal as the {{embers_signal}} custom field. On paid plans a missing email is looked up first; a lead with no email found is skipped. Smartlead's global block list, unsubscribe list, and community bounce list, and duplicates in another campaign, are always respected. Embers never emails anyone; Smartlead does
- Native Emelia destination: Solo and above (Integrations page; one Emelia workspace per account, connected with an Emelia API key). Configurations route each agent's leads into an Emelia multichannel campaign or contact list, automatically when switched on or by hand with Send to. A lead needs a public LinkedIn URL or an email; a lead with neither is skipped. Embers never sends on LinkedIn or emails a lead; Emelia does
- Delivery rules: every native destination filters on minimum score, ICP only, sources, excluded titles, and excluded industries (on HeyReach, Instantly, Smartlead and Emelia, per configuration, with its agents in place of sources). Signed webhooks are not filtered
- Manual push: Send to moves up to 100 selected leads per action to a connected destination, 60 actions per hour per user
- Signed HTTPS webhooks: Solo and above, up to 10 endpoints
- Every destination screen is account-administrator only. Free can read the lead list and the dashboard, and cannot route leads out of Embers.
- Webhook contact fields: payloads include stored lead.contact when a lead is already enriched, and omit it otherwise
- Zapier, Make, Clay, n8n: Signed-webhook recipes only; not native Embers SDKs. The n8n recipe is community-maintained
- Not native: Meta Ads
