How does the free trial of your first 2,000 engagers work?

Solo, Growth, and Enterprise start with your first 2,000 engagers free: the first 2,000 people Embers finds reacting to or commenting on the posts, profiles, and keywords you watch, whether or not they match your ICP. The trial ends once those 2,000 are found, or after 7 days, whichever comes first, so the more your market engages, the faster you see your ranked queue fill up. Use it to judge the leads before paying. A payment method is required to start, and contact details (email and phone) wait for the first paid month. Agency and Signal War Room begin after the Embers team confirms fit and scope with you.

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Billing begins on day 7 unless you cancel before then. If Embers finds your first 2,000 engagers sooner, your agents pause until the plan starts, then resume on their own. If you cancel, your account stays active in read-only mode. You can still view your leads, but new tracking and enrichment pauses. No data is deleted.

What counts as a signal source?

Accepted Answer

Two things: the public profiles you watch and the keywords you track. Solo watches 5 profiles and 10 keywords, Growth 10 and 25, Enterprise 20 and 50. Your own posts and comments count toward the watched profiles cap when you add your own profile. Members are not a signal source and are never billed.

Can I watch profiles without connecting my own?

Yes. Your own profile is optional. Add it as a watched profile to qualify people who engage with your posts and comments, or leave it out and watch competitors, influencers, investors, or teammates only. Embers never asks for your LinkedIn password.

Can I run two separate lead books?

That is the Agency plan. Solo, Growth, and Enterprise each run one workspace: one ICP, one set of watched profiles and keywords, one lead book. Agency adds a separate workspace per client, each with its own limits and reporting. Email viraj@useembers.com and we will quote it by client count.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move between Solo, Growth, and Enterprise at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Contact the Embers team to move into Agency or Signal War Room.

How does annual billing work?

Accepted Answer

Solo, Growth, and Enterprise can be billed once per year at a 20% discount compared with monthly pricing. Solo is $39 per month billed annually ($468 per year), Growth is $79 per month billed annually ($948 per year), and Enterprise is $159 per month billed annually ($1,908 per year). Signal War Room is a $999 monthly engagement.

What is the difference between Solo, Growth, Enterprise, and Agency?

Every plan is one workspace. Solo is one member with 5 watched profiles and 10 keywords. Growth adds unlimited members, 10 watched profiles, and 25 keywords. Enterprise doubles that to 20 watched profiles and 50 keywords and adds dedicated onboarding. Agency is sales-led and priced per client workspace, with Enterprise limits and dedicated onboarding.

Question 11

Which plan includes webhooks?

Accepted Answer

Webhooks are included on every paid plan. An account admin can configure up to 10 HTTPS endpoints for lead.created, lead.status_changed, and report.generated events, inspect 30 days of delivery history, rely on seven automatic retries over about six days, and replay failed events. Webhooks are one-way. Each event carries stored lead.contact when a lead is already enriched. Native HubSpot and native HeyReach are separate Solo-and-above destinations, each with its own delivery rules for minimum score, ICP only, sources, and excluded titles and industries. Webhooks themselves are deliberately unfiltered. Zapier, Make, and Clay consume the signed webhook as recipes, not native SDKs.

How do I cancel?

Cancel Solo, Growth, or Enterprise anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Agency and Signal War Room are managed directly with the Embers team.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you continue after the trial and are unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid Solo, Growth, or Enterprise subscription, email viraj@useembers.com for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime, but refunds are not available for partial periods. Agency and Signal War Room terms are confirmed before the engagement begins.
