How does the free 7-day trial work?

Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. Use it to review your own ranked lead queue before paying. A payment method is required to start, and we send a reminder 24 hours before billing begins.

What happens when my trial ends?

Billing begins after 7 days unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel, your account stays active in read-only mode. You can still view your leads, but new tracking and enrichment pauses. No data is deleted.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. The Team plan is $79 per month billed annually ($948 per year) instead of $99 per month billed monthly.

What is the difference between Starter and Team?

Starter turns one LinkedIn profile into a ranked lead queue and includes every core intelligence and outreach feature. Team expands the workflow to three profiles, five tracked competitors, priority DM drafts, customizable columns, and white-label reports.

Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no contracts, support calls, or retention steps required.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you continue after the trial and are unhappy within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, email support@useembers.com for a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime, but refunds are not available for partial periods.
