The best LinkedIn engagement tracking tools for warm leads are Embers, Traxy, Signado, and Linked Panda. All four read public post engagement without your LinkedIn login, match engagers against an ideal customer profile, and produce a ranked list. Prices start at $29 to $49 per month. Trigify, Lynx Signal, Taplio, and PhantomBuster cover adjacent jobs and are included for completeness.
This guide compares eight tools on the question that matters: can it tell you which of the people who liked or commented on a post are worth a message today?
How this comparison was built
Every price below was checked against the vendor’s public pricing page in September 2026. Where a vendor lists only annual pricing, that is noted. I run Embers, so the Embers entry is written by the person who built it. Treat that as a disclosure, not a recommendation.
Three questions drive the ranking:
- Signal coverage. Does the tool see reactions and comments on your posts, on comments you leave, on competitor posts, and on keyword conversations?
- Account safety. Does it need your LinkedIn password, cookies, or a Chrome extension? The 2026 enforcement record makes this the first filter for most founders.
- What you get back. A raw list of names, or a qualified queue with a reason each person surfaced?

Prices are the vendor’s listed monthly figures. Credit-based tools cost more per lead as volume grows, so compare a month of expected usage rather than the entry price.
1. Embers
Embers watches four public LinkedIn sources: engagement on your posts, replies and reactions to comments you leave, engagement on selected competitor posts, and keyword mentions. Each person behind that activity is matched against your ICP, ranked by fit and signal context, and shown with the exact post or comment that caused them to surface.
What it does not do is act from your account. There is no password, no cookie, no extension, and no automated messaging. Suggested DMs are drafts you send yourself.
Pricing. Solo is $49 per month billed monthly or $39 per month billed annually, with 1 LinkedIn account, 5 watched public profiles (competitors, influencers, investors, or teammates), and 10 keywords. Team is $99 per month billed monthly or $79 per month billed annually, with 2 LinkedIn accounts, 10 watched public profiles, 25 keywords, team invitations, and white-label reports. Both start with a card-required 7-day trial and include contact information when available. Full terms are on the pricing page and in the plain-text pricing file.
Best for. Founders and small B2B teams who already post, comment, or have competitors whose audience they want to qualify.
Not for. Teams that want unlimited profile monitoring, multi-platform listening, or an outreach automation layer. Traxy and Trigify fit those jobs better.
2. Traxy
Traxy monitors LinkedIn engagement across an unlimited number of tracked profiles, qualifies engagers against your buyer profile, enriches phone and email, and routes results to Slack, HubSpot, Meta Ads, and webhooks. It also states that no LinkedIn credentials are required.
Pricing. Pro is $149 per month, or 20 percent less billed annually, with 5,000 credits per month. Enterprise is custom. There is a 7-day trial.
Best for. Teams that want broad watchlist coverage and native routing to ad platforms and CRMs.
Trade-off. The entry price is three times Embers Solo, and credits are consumed by enrichment. See Embers vs Traxy for a line-by-line comparison.
3. Signado
Signado starts from conversations rather than profiles. You give it keywords, competitor profiles, and creators your buyers follow; it surfaces people commenting on posts about those topics, finds their contact data, and drafts an opener. It states that it never asks for your LinkedIn login and never acts as you.
Pricing. Lite $29 per month (1,000 credits, 5 active sources), Starter $59 (2,500 credits, 12 sources), Growth $99 (5,000 credits, 25 sources), Scale $349 (20,000 credits, 100 sources). Discovering, enriching, and scoring one warm lead costs 5 credits, so Lite covers roughly 200 leads a month before email lookups. All plans have a 7-day trial.
Best for. Solo founders whose buyers discuss their problem in public and who want comment-level discovery at the lowest monthly price.
Trade-off. Credit accounting. Email lookups and AI drafts draw from the same pool as discovery.
4. Linked Panda
Linked Panda tracks “voices,” meaning people whose engagers you want, and returns enriched profiles of engagers who match your buying signals. It is a cloud tool with no login or extension.
Pricing. Pay as you go is $10 once for 100 profiles and 2 tracked voices. Solo is $49 per month for 500 profiles and 2 voices, Growth $99 for 1,000 profiles and 5 voices, Scale $199 for 2,500 profiles and 15 voices.
Best for. Testing the engagement-to-lead idea for $10 before committing to a subscription.
Trade-off. Two tracked voices on the entry plans is tight if you want your own profile plus more than one competitor.
5. Trigify
Trigify is signal infrastructure rather than a LinkedIn engagement tool. It listens across 11 or more social platforms, attaches the source post to each person-level signal, and exposes everything through workflows, a REST API, an MCP server, and a CLI. Embers exposes its lead queue to an AI assistant over MCP too, but has no REST API or CLI.
Pricing. Starter is $40 per month with 4,000 credits, 25 listening searches, 25 workflows, and 2 seats. Max is $199 per month with 40,000 credits. Enterprise is custom. Overages are $0.012 per credit, and there is a 14-day trial.
Best for. RevOps teams that want signals inside their own automation and agents.
Trade-off. More setup than a founder needs for “who engaged with my post this week.” The Trigify alternatives guide covers the narrower options.
6. Lynx Signal
Lynx Signal is a Chrome extension that scores buying signals in your LinkedIn feed and comment threads in real time, with a built-in Kanban pipeline and exports to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
Pricing. Free tier with 100 credits per month. Starter €23.99, Growth €63.99, and Pro €159.99 per month, all billed annually. 14-day trial without a card.
Best for. Reps who live in the LinkedIn feed and want scoring without leaving it.
Trade-off. It is an extension that reads the LinkedIn interface, which is the surface LinkedIn has pursued in 2026. Read the automation restrictions guide before installing anything in your browser.
7. Taplio
Taplio is a content tool first. It schedules posts, suggests ideas, and shows analytics. Its engagement feature is a flat export of people who engaged with your own posts, with no ICP matching or scoring.
Pricing. Plans from $39 per month.
Best for. Solo creators who want writing help more than lead qualification.
Trade-off. Chrome extension, own posts only, no ranking. See Embers vs Taplio.
8. PhantomBuster
PhantomBuster runs “phantoms” that scrape likers and commenters from any post URL into a CSV. It is the most flexible extraction option and the least opinionated about what to do next.
Pricing. Start $69, Grow $159, Scale $439 per month.
Best for. Technical teams that want raw data in a spreadsheet and will do qualification elsewhere.
Trade-off. It needs your LinkedIn session cookie, and the output is a list, not a queue. The PhantomBuster alternatives guide covers safer options.
The manual method, and where it breaks
You do not need a tool to see who engaged with a post. Open the post, click the reaction count, and LinkedIn lists every reactor with name and headline. Comments are visible in the thread. For one post a week, a spreadsheet and ten minutes is enough.
It breaks at three points:
- Volume. Three posts a week with 40 reactions each is 500 profiles a month to read by hand.
- Other people’s posts. Competitor and keyword engagement is where the least-contested leads sit, and you cannot subscribe to it manually.
- Memory. The same person reacting twice in a fortnight is a stronger signal than one reaction. Spreadsheets do not notice.
The track social signals guide has a 20-minute daily review template if you want to stay manual for now.
How to choose
- You post regularly and want a ranked queue without touching your account: Embers or Traxy. Embers if budget is under $100 and you sell founder-led; Traxy if you need unlimited watchlists and ad-platform routing.
- Your buyers talk about the problem in public and you want comment-level discovery cheaply: Signado.
- You want to test the idea for $10: Linked Panda pay-as-you-go.
- You need signals inside your own workflows or agents: Trigify.
- You only want your own post engagers in a CSV and accept extension risk: Taplio or PhantomBuster.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see everyone who liked or commented on a LinkedIn post without a tool?
Yes. Open the post, click the reaction count to see every reactor, and scroll the comments. LinkedIn does not offer an export, so for anything beyond a handful of posts you copy names by hand or use a tool that reads public engagement.
Which LinkedIn engagement tracking tools do not need my LinkedIn login?
Embers, Traxy, Signado, and Linked Panda all run on their own infrastructure and state that they do not need your LinkedIn password, cookies, or a browser extension. Lynx Signal is a Chrome extension. PhantomBuster needs a session cookie for most LinkedIn automations.
What is the cheapest tool for tracking LinkedIn post engagement?
Linked Panda has a $10 pay-as-you-go pack for 100 profiles. For a monthly plan, Signado Lite is $29 per month and Embers Solo is $49 per month billed monthly or $39 per month billed annually. Lynx Signal has a free tier with 100 credits.
Can these tools track engagement on competitor posts, not just mine?
Embers, Traxy, Signado, Linked Panda, and Trigify can all watch engagement on posts you did not write, within plan limits. Taplio only exports engagers from your own posts.
Is scraping LinkedIn likers and commenters against LinkedIn’s rules?
Automated scraping of the LinkedIn interface conflicts with the user agreement, and 2026 enforcement has targeted vendors that log in as you or run extensions. Tools that read public activity without your credentials carry less exposure for your account, but no vendor can promise zero risk.
