Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. Use it to review your own ranked lead queue before paying. A payment method is required to start, and we send a reminder 24 hours before billing begins.
Billing begins after 7 days unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel, your account stays active in read-only mode: you can still view your leads, but new tracking and enrichment pauses. No data is deleted.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. For example, the Team plan is $79/mo billed annually ($948/year) instead of $99/mo billed monthly.
Starter is for individual users. You get 1 LinkedIn profile and all core features. Team includes 3 LinkedIn profiles so a small team can collaborate on qualified leads.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We don't do sneaky retention flows.
Yes. If you continue after the trial and are unhappy within the first 14 days of paid subscription, reach out to support@useembers.com and we'll issue a full refund. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't available for partial periods.

Embers does not need your LinkedIn password, cookies, or a Chrome extension. You review the lead context and send every message yourself.
