Billing
- Change your plan Solo Upgrade or downgrade between Solo, Growth, and Enterprise, switch between monthly and yearly billing, and see what happens when you are over a smaller cap.
- Cancel, pause, or resume your plan Solo Cancel from Settings, then Billing, keep access to the end of the period, see which offers may appear, and resume before the plan ends.
- Fix a failed payment or an on-hold plan Solo What on hold and payment failed mean, what stops while a charge is unpaid, and how to update your card so the plan and your agents come back.
- Download invoices and update your payment method Solo Open the Dodo Payments customer portal from Settings, then Billing to change the card on file, download invoices and receipts, or fix billing details.
Settings
- Manage your profile and account settings Set your timezone and lead names, verify your email, change your password, see support visits, and find which Settings screen holds the rest.
- Rename and set up your workspace Rename the workspace, choose who it is set up for, set the scoring lookback window, and find the Danger zone under Settings, then Account.
- Choose your notifications and email digest Only new ICP leads are on by default. Turn on more update types, mute an agent, and set a daily or weekly digest time in your own timezone.
